Virtual online private session, with full HIPPA confidentiality encryption, catered to your individual needs. Instruction can include physical therapy, postural restoration, Pilates mat and Pilates equipment (provided you have the equipment) instruction. For details see Home/Services page.

Virtual online live classes you can do in your home with minimal equipment. See the Props & Equipment Page for suggested equipment you can find at home for each class. Some classes are performed on the floor while others don't require getting on the floor. See descriptions below. Note that PRI Pilates classes mean that Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) concepts are integrated within the class. This means the class is designed to re-balancing breath, spinal alignment and movement patterns specifically as it relates to the L AIC/ R BC Pattern.
