1 Hour talk & movement session for dancers and dance teachers addressing all aspects that make efficient, strong jumps. From how we use the feet, legs, core, ribs, breathing, and arm carriage - all can effect your jumping and this course discusses ways to improve them.
1 - 2 Hour talk and class on the most important aspects of a healthy & effective warm-up for dancers.
1 Hour talk for dancers and dance teachers addressing how to optimize healthy flexibility of the hamstrings, and correct utilization of the psoas muscle to prevent a multitude of hip injuries commonly seen in dancers.
1 Hour talk for dancers of all ages and teachers to understand pertinent anatomy for the dancer. Participants will observe anatomy on a 3D application and proceed to "find and feel" important muscles with focused exercises.
1 Hour talk for teen and adult dancers and teachers on the impact breath has on core strength and stability and ultimately how it prevents injury and improve performance.
